A Note from 3rd Decade
Over the short life of our program, we have served over 1,200 participants across multiple states and have seen an average networth change of over $43,000 for our graduates! Because of the amazing success our participants and program have seen, we are rapidly growing, expanding nationally, and seeing growing numbers of young adults interested in our financial education program.
To keep up with the growing demand for our program, it is with great thought and consideration that we have made the decision to change our Roth IRA incentive to a $250 Roth IRA Match. What this means is that beginning June of 2022, 3rd Decade will match participant contributions to a Roth IRA of $250 upon program completion as a way to “jumpstart” your retirement savings.
We made this change to our program in order to increase our capacity to serve more individuals like yourself. This change will allow us to serve 300% more individuals per year across the country. Knowing how much this will positively affect our capacity to impact more lives combined with the positive survey feedback we have received from participants and alumni, it is clear that this is the right choice for the health and scalability of our organization.
As mentioned, 3rd Decade knows that the impact of our program extends far beyond the financial incentive that we provide, and this knowledge has been reinforced by our community. We surveyed many individuals, including past, present, and future participants, and received resounding feedback that the education provided by our program is the most valuable part of this experience. We hope that the value of the 3rd Decade program is evident and that young adults choose to participate based on the fact that they will continue to receive life-changing financial education, personalized mentoring, financial plans, and more, with the end result of financial confidence in their future!
