Nikita works as 3rd Decade’s Senior Manager of Programs & Curriculum, overseeing the day-to-day program and ensuring our students have the support they need to succeed. She is also the host of The 3rd Decade Podcast.

Nikita was a participant of 3rd Decade’s program in 2018, and she has personally advocated for it ever since. She is passionate about financial education, weight lifting, podcasting, music, and photography. In her free time, she can be found enjoying Arizona’s sunshine with her husband and her dog Tucker (the best dog in the universe).
