Nicole’s journey in making a positive impact on the community began over eleven years ago at a local non-profit organization. Her unwavering commitment to strategically helping others has only deepened over the years. Nicole holds a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology & Sociology from the University of Arizona, a foundation that has uniquely shaped her perspective and approach to community engagement.

One of Nicole’s standout qualities is her expertise in behavioral analysis, which has proven to be an invaluable asset to our team. Understanding human behavior is at the core of our mission, especially when it comes to educating individuals on the importance of financial literacy. Nicole knows that changing one’s perception of money and savings is half the battle towards financial empowerment.

Beyond her role at 3rd Decade, Nicole is a champion of a healthy and active lifestyle. Her day often begins with an invigorating run, setting the tone for a day filled with energy and enthusiasm. On weekends, Nicole, her husband and their pup embark on adventures in nature, exploring hiking trails and enjoying the serenity of camping under the stars.
