Hi! My name is Niki and I work in Operations for a wealth investment firm, Mercer Advisors. I LOVE to help others, and I love to learn, so I figured working with 3rd Decade would be a great way to do both at the same time! In addition to helping others, my other passions are being outside in nature (preferably near water!), reading/listening to books, and playing board games with my kids! I find joy in helping others succeed – and I’m the opposite of competitive, so even though I love to watch sports (live & on TV), I still feel bad for the team that loses! 🙂
