Megan Stiles, a CVA® and AFC®, is passionate about helping people achieve financial self-sufficiency and serving the communities supported by nonprofits. Dedication and excitement for volunteer management are what spurred her to join 3rd Decade as the Mentor Training & Development Coordinator. By supporting the generous contributions of volunteer mentors, student participants have the best opportunity to achieve financial success. She also enjoys vegetable gardening, reading, and trying new experiences.
