Mauricio joined The Mather Group in December 2021 with the acquisition of Eugenias Advisory Group, where he had been working as the Director of Investment Management & Business Development, as well as Portfolio Analyst & Associate Financial Planner since 2018. Prior to that, he was a Portfolio Implementation Associate for Vanguard. Mauricio co-leads our Diversity, Equity & Inclusion (DEI) Committee and leads our Financial Literacy program for households in need. He is also a member of the Investment Committee. He has a B.S. in Economics from Arizona State University, an MBA with a Finance focus from Vanderbilt’s Owen Graduate School of Management, and a Certificate in ESG Investing from the CFA Institute. He also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation, is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional, and a member of the National Association of Personal Financial Advisors (NAPFA) and the CFA Society of Nashville.
