Baili joined the wealth management industry after graduating from the University of Illinois’ Financial Planning Program in 2017. Throughout her career she’s had the pleasure of helping many individuals and families live their version of a full life. Baili is a Certified Financial Planner™ professional and in addition to serving clients daily, she sits on the recruiting and Diversity & Inclusion team at her firm. She is passionate about expanding the financial planning industry to include more clients and professionals of diverse backgrounds and also serves as an ambassador for the BLX Internship Program.
Baili currently lives in Chicago and loves exploring the restaurant scene, staying active, and traveling to new places. She is also a volunteer with the FPA of Illinois, Impact Grants Chicago, Gift of Adoption, and the Joffrey Ballet.
