What is a social cause you feel passionately about, and why is it meaningful to you?
I feel passionately about financial literacy. It is so important, but it's difficult for people to learn because it isn't common sense, it's not taught in schools, and talking about money is taboo. Money is one of the top stressors for so many people and I believe everyone deserves to feel financially secure.
Do you have any pets?
Two cats: Bonnie and Clyde, who were found in a wall before I adopted them. They are polydactyl (they have thumbs!) and are scared of strangers. Bonnie enjoys walking outside on her harness (as long as other people aren't around), Clyde enjoys playing fetch (although he doesn't always remember to bring back what he's supposed to be fetching), and they both enjoy cat grass and snuggles.
What is something unique you'd like us to know about you?
I took the H&R Block Income Tax Course and worked as a tax preparer part-time for a few years for fun.
