Amy is a leader with deep experience in finance, investor relations, sustainability, environmental, social & governance (“ESG”) and diversity, equity & inclusion (“DEI”). In her current role at Umpqua Bank, she provides leadership and strategic vision to develop, implement and advance its enterprise-wide ESG and DEI programs ensuring alignment with the company’s corporate strategy, sustainability design, and culture. She chairs her company’s 401(k) committee is a graduate of Pacific Lutheran University.

Amy is passionate about empowering others to achieve financial independence. Originally from northern Idaho, she and her husband, Jay, are animal lovers who enjoy traveling, skiing and biking.
