Nicole Del Percio

Nicole Del Percio serves as the Chief Operating Officer at 3rd Decade, where she is instrumental in shaping and executing the organization’s strategic mission. With over 12 years of experience in the nonprofit sector, Nicole is not only a dedicated professional but also a proud alum of the 3rd Decade program. She deeply values the transformative impact of this education and is passionate about making it accessible to others.

A Tucson native, Nicole finds solace in the great outdoors, with her favorite camping spots being the  breathtaking edge of the Grand Canyon and the serene Aravaipa Canyon. Her academic background includes a Bachelor’s degree in Anthropology and Sociology from the University of Arizona, which fuels her love for continuous learning and personal growth.

Nicole starts most mornings with a refreshing run or a walk with her beloved pup. She also enjoys cooking and baking, with Fall being her favorite season for its cozy and comforting vibes. With a commitment to both her professional and personal passions, Nicole is dedicated to fostering positive change and growth in all aspects of her life.
