JOB DESCRIPTION: Program & Operations Associate

 

Position Overview: The Program and Operations Associate will be responsible for maintaining and improving upon 3rd Decade’s workflow and process. This position is critical in ensuring that the 3rd Decade process is not only being maintained, but improved upon as the program expands to reach more individuals. The Program and Operations Associate should be an individual who not only enjoys organizing and creating processes, but is also a self-starter who is comfortable building workflows on their own and working in an ever-changing environment. 

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to: 

  • Schedule new and existing meetings for participants and financial mentors
  • Prep materials for financial meetings
    • Gather and organize all submitted participant data to to shared with their Financial Mentor
  • Coordinate logistics for all in-person classes – including but not limited to space, time, attendance, and food (where applicable)
  • Create, maintain and update client records in Box, eMoney and Salesforce 
  • Assign and track all tasks within Salesforce
  • Manage the new client process by preparing the Financial Profile: Income/Expense Flow, net worth, debt ratios, & eMoney for the Discovery meeting
  • Create, maintain and update client records in Box, eMoney and Salesforce 
  • Maintain and expand 3rd Decade’s Facebook and LinkedIn Pages
  • Maintain 3rd Decade’s website with the help of a professional website developer

Reports to: Operations Manager and Program Manager
