Passionate About...
Budgeting Insurance Retirement Plans

I’m Simone Vidale, a financial wellness educator and mentor dedicated to helping households build strong financial foundations. With a background in business, communications, and financial planning, I specialize in making complex financial concepts simple and actionable. My goal is to empower families and individuals, especially high-achieving adults, small business owners, and young professionals to create a financial blueprint that supports both their present needs and future aspirations.
Beyond numbers, I believe that financial wellness is about confidence, clarity, and control over your money. Whether it’s budgeting, investing, tax planning, or insurance strategies, I take a holistic and values-driven approach to financial decision-making.
When I’m not deep in financial strategies, you can find me at networking events, sparking conversations about money, career growth, and life because I believe the best opportunities come from meaningful connections. I’m also always up for a great book club discussion, especially when it’s about finance, personal growth, or an inspiring success story. And to keep both my mind and body sharp, I’m training for my second 5K while working on my strength, flexibility, and agility because financial wellness and physical wellness go hand in hand!

What is a social cause you feel passionately about, and why is it meaningful to you? A social cause I feel passionate about is building financial confidence through education, especially in today's world where access to information is easier than ever. While technology has made financial knowledge widely available, I believe there's something missing in the equation: the ability to apply that knowledge to real-life situations. People may have all the resources they need, but without personalized guidance and context, they often struggle to take actionable steps that are relevant to their unique financial circumstances. This cause is meaningful to me because I want to empower individuals, particularly those in underrepresented communities, to not only learn but take control of their financial futures. It's about providing the right tools, support, and guidance so that financial confidence and long-term success are within reach for everyone.
What is a quote you like to live by? I live by the quote, “Failure to plan is a plan to fail”, because it speaks to the importance of having a clear goal and a roadmap to achieve it. Without a plan, you're essentially leaving your success to chance, and that can have a ripple effect on all aspects of your life, including your financial and overall well-being. In my experience, a well-thought-out plan provides not just direction, but also the confidence to stay on track, even when obstacles arise. Without one, you may find yourself stuck, with no clear path to where you want to go.
