Scott Rosenbaum is North American Search Manager at Distill Ventures, where he identifies and assesses investment opportunities in the drinks space. Scott holds an MA in Food Studies from NYU. He was an adjunct professor at NYU and Hudson County Community College where he taught classes on the history of alcohol and food and culture. He lives in Washington, DC with his wife and son. He loves spending time with my family, traveling, walking about in nature, reading about food and drink, history, business, and psychology.
