Nikita is the Senior Manager of Programs & Curriculum at 3rd Decade, where she brings creativity and leadership to the organization’s programs, curriculum, podcast, and alumni initiatives. Her journey with 3rd Decade began in 2018 as a program participant, igniting a passion for personal finance that led her to earn an Undergraduate Certificate in Financial Planning from the University of Arizona.
Beyond her professional role, Nikita is deeply committed to creating meaningful connections—whether through friendship, music, exploring the outdoors, or capturing life’s moments through photography. When she’s not at work, you can find her soaking up Arizona’s sunshine with her husband, their twin daughters, and her soul dog, Tucker.
