Nathalia Untiveros

Nathalia Untiveros is a first-generation bilingual Latina with a passion for people, places and policy. She has a dual masters in Urban Planning and Real Estate Development from the College of Architecture, Planning and Landscape Architecture (CAPLA) at the University of Arizona. Her background includes experience in grassroots organizing for statewide ballot initiatives, policy making, planning and community development. Her previous roles working in the public sector and in a private consulting firm have taught her the power of strategy and collaboration. In 2018, Nathalia was named one of Tucson’s emerging 40 under 40 leaders by the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce. Her work with community and in the public sector ignited her love for the built environment and motivate her to always work towards an equitable, resilient and prosperous future for all. She is an avid bike user, pedestrian, and former bartender in Downtown Tucson. She is also an advocate for housing, public transit, thriving corridors and complete streets. She is inspired by bringing together community-oriented economic development and sustainable real estate development practices to create private and public spaces that improve the quality of life of people. She enjoys hiking, dining and exploring new places.
