Passionate About...
Investing Outside of Retirement Retirement Plans (Traditional) Student Loans

As a Mechanical Engineer and serial optimizer based in Kansas City, I am always seeking more efficient ways to operate both personally and professionally. Beyond my career, I am an avid lawn care junkie, a fitness enthusiast, and a firm believer in the power of financial education. On the weekends, you’ll usually find me in the yard tackling house projects or heading out for a walk with my wife to our favorite coffee shop. At home, I enjoy life with our cats and find balance in the local community. My approach to mentorship is rooted in the idea that true progress requires empathy and a deep respect for diverse human experiences.

What is a social cause you feel passionately about, and why is it meaningful to you? Financial Education. I believe that financial education is a building block that many do not have the opportunity to gain early in their lives. Our society is set up in a way that, unless an individual or someone close to them decides to help with financial education early on, many young adults enter the work force with little to no idea how to manage their money/income to set them up for success. Money is often seen as a taboo topic, and I firmly believe that this feeds into the lack of financial education in society.
What is a book or film that changed your life? I Will Teach You To Be Rich by Ramit Sethi.
What is a quote you like to live by? "Be where your feet are. Enjoy the moment. There will be a day where there won't be another day. Your attitude and your effort are the two things you can always control."
