Dan is a personal finance and real estate nerd. He’s passionate about helping people dive into either topic! Since 2020, he has been investing in real estate just north of Boston, MA. His strategy has been house hacking, which is buying a property to rent and live in simultaneously. His partner in crime and wife, Marissa, have been on this journey together since the start and have seen just how powerful investing can be. Aside from real estate, he tries to spread financial literacy as much as possible, including publishing a children’s book on the topic entitled “Becoming Financially Savvy.” When not talking shop, Dan can be found chasing his young daughter around, DIY-ing, or on the golf course.
