Hi, I’m Alicia Phillips! I live in Atlanta, GA, and have spent nearly two decades leading major technology and strategy efforts in the automotive and financial services industries. I’m passionate about helping others think big, plan smart, and follow through—and that’s why I’m so excited to be a mentor with Third Decade. Building financial confidence has given me the freedom to take risks and go after the life I want, and I’m here to help others do the same.

What is a social cause you feel passionately about, and why is it meaningful to you? One social cause I feel passionately about is financial empowerment. I believe that having a strong foundation in financial literacy is a critical tool for independence, confidence, and long-term success. It’s meaningful to me because I’ve seen firsthand how having clarity around money can open doors, reduce stress, and create real freedom to take risks, whether that’s starting a business, changing careers, or simply living life on your own terms. I want others to experience that same sense of control and possibility.
