I spent over 20 years helping design and manage investment portfolios for institutions and individuals. I am currently working as a Portfolio manager at an independent investment advisory firm in Vienna, Virginia. I became a CFP in 2025 and believe that an investment strategy will only help clients reach their financial goals if it relies on a process that gives them enough comfort to stick with it in testing times. Outside of work, I enjoy music, hiking, skiing and traveling.

What is a social cause you feel passionately about, and why is it meaningful to you? Protecting the environment. Environmental decisions we make today not only matter for our well-being but affect the living conditions of those who come after us. Conserving resources, recycling and reducing waste is not a question of morality, it is about protecting ecological balance.

What is something unique you'd like us to know about you? I was an exchange student at Connecticut College when Berlin Wall came down. It came down on my birthday. I know how to live on a tight budget, to adapt when plans fall apart and focus on positive outcomes.
